How does resume matching and ranking work?
You upload your job description; our AI extracts skills, experience level, and requirements. It then screens thousands of resumes, matches candidates against the JD using semantic understanding, and ranks them with a match score plus a short explanation (e.g. "Strong React skills, 4 years startup experience"). You see the best fits first and can schedule or run AI screening on the shortlist.
How does AI voice screening work?
For candidates you shortlist, DeskZero runs an automated voice (or chat) screening interview. It asks role-relevant questions, evaluates responses, and gives you confidence scores and feedback on tech depth, communication, and fit. You then decide who to invite for a live interview or move to the next round—no more back-and-forth scheduling for first screens.
